Ø600mm independently driven supercooled rolls: excellent surface temperature & dimensional stability, minimize product adhesion.

Roll pressure applied by hydraulic cylinders with integral pressure relief valve which reacts instantly to part the rolls in the event of foreign body passing through, minimizing any damage to the roll surface or machine.

Parallel adjustment of roll gap.

Easy roll set-up & adjustment no need for mechanical calibration between roll changes.

Process / food contact surfaces fabricated from: 316 stainless steel, FDA & EU food compliant polypropylene.

Available with HMI control panel incorporating roll gap & pneumatic scraper blade controls.
